Lead times are based on the product ordered and are estimates that begin counting the business day after an order has been placed. Delays may occur due to the size, nature or complexity of the order, or if a material is on backorder. We will notify if you if any of the above situations occur. Once your order ships, we will email your tracking number. While we make every effort to avoid delays in production, they do occasionally occur and are not considered grounds for cancellation.
Every product leave our warehouse within two business days from the day it is ordered. Depending on where you are in the US, it will then take another 1 to 5 business days to get to your house. Call us if you would like specifics. But to summarize, each of our products will get to you within 2 to 7 business days.

We ship in the continental US only from our warehouse in Atlanta, Georgia. We offer 2 methods for shipping:
- standard ground - FREE Shipping over $50. (generally 1-7 business days depending on location)
- rush (generally 2-4 business days depending on location) *For rush shipping, add $29.99 to your order.
*Please note: all standard sized products will ship via UPS. Oversized products may ship via freight courier.
RETURNS AND PURCHASE ERRORS
We allow returns for any reason within 90 days of the receipt of your product.
If your product arrives damaged, has functional problems or is a different size than you ordered,contact our Help Desk (email@example.com or 888.608.8468). You can use the label we provide to ship the product back. At your discretion we will either replace it or refund all you money (including shipping).

FREIGHT DAMAGED ORDERS AND INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Upon delivery and receipt of your order inspect all contents carefully prior to installation.
In the rare case that your blind arrives damaged due to the shipping process, please contact our Help Desk (firstname.lastname@example.org or 888.608.8468) so that we can have your blinds repaired or remade and arrange for return of the defective merchandise.
We cannot be responsible for incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer. Please ensure that the address that you provide is correct or you will be responsible for the incremental postage necessary to re-ship your order.
All samples and catalogs within the contiguous U.S. ship FREE via UPS MAIL. This is the fastest, reliable service and takes just 3-7 business days anywhere in the country.
